Accessible

It is important to us that everyone can have the best experience with our site. To assure this, multiple techniques have been used to keep the site accessible and usable. All HTML-based images have ALT attributes for image-less browsers. Other images are merely text replacements via a CSS file. This helps screen-reader software to explain any pictures shown. The colors have been carefully chosen so users with color perception disabilities have no problem distinguishing text from backgrounds. And the text-size is adjustable not only with default browser controls, but by the site-based system as well.

What would Lynx do?

From our settings page, disable the styles to see the website in its most basic form.

Information structure is equally important. Logical organization of content makes blind people happy. As can be seen with a text-only browser or by disabling styles, everything is put in a logical order. The site title comes first, followed by the navigation, which precedes the main content, and finally the footer. No ugly layout tables are used, keeping the code and structure clean. And, all links make sense. We are 100% "click here" free, using sensible link descriptions for everything.

Browsers Galore

We don't discriminate disabilities, and the same goes for technologies. We have tested on the latest versions of many popular browsers (and there are more to come) to make sure nobody is left out.

Among the tested browsers are:

If you use a browser that isn't listed here, and would like to tell us that it works great (or horribly) with our site, please tell us.
